These terms apply to all purchases made on luxe-line.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

2. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and measurements are approximate. Please check the compatibility details on each product page (for example, your vehicle’s ports or built-in systems) before ordering.
3. Prices
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). The price shown is the full price of the product, and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already paid for. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch, and you may choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will let you know and refund you in full.
5. Payment
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
6. Delivery
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Delivery costs and times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel or return an item within 7 days of receiving it, and faulty items are covered for 6 months. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Installation and use
Please install and use products according to their instructions. You are responsible for making sure products are fitted and used safely and legally, including any road traffic rules that apply to vehicle lighting and in-car devices.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. This does not limit any rights you have under the CPA or ECTA.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
